Shifting Gears!
Now that I have my Diploma in Graphic Design, 2016 can shift back to an even more creatively focused year with plenty of Illustration and (hopefully) conventions!
I'm already confirmed for AICon 2016 in Hobart and I'm looking to possibly get a spot at Oz-Comic Con in Melbourne once those tables become available, along with the obvious MAICon 2016 here in Launceston in September (that'll be my return appearance) along with any times the Geek Market pops up in town too.

I had a lot of priorities to work out for myself and things to have time to grieve over and move on so I could really g
Going to MAI(first)CON!
A couple of months ago I saw a job application for an entry level Graphic Designer at Madman Entertainment up in Melbourne and spent a week working on my application and including a full page drawing of 150 characters from Madman releases because in the application they requested "in 150 characters or less, tell us why you're important. Catch our eye!" I ended up getting sick during all this and set myself a week behind on TAFE by working through being sick and burning out in the process. I've finally almost caught up thanks to having holiday time so we're not being given any new work currently and now I can hopefully get to my backlog of a c
